The use of this system requires specific training for both the clinician and the dental technician. The dentists will learn the biological and construction principles as well as the indications during the various training activities organised on the territory. The dental technician shall attend an enabling theory and practical training course, which will be followed by an international certification as well as the authorisation to purchase the material and to realise customised medical devices using ZX-27 bioglass abutments.
The certificate will be released only at the end of the enabling training course.
In case of non-compliance with the procedure and the material described, the manufacturer does not guarantee for the defects that may occur during the use of the prosthesis.

The manufacturer guarantees the quality of the materials exclusively if the product is purchased from the exclusive retailer and if the processing of the ZX-27 bioglass abutment prefabricate is performed by a certified dental technician (who shall release a regular declaration of conformity according to law 93/42).
The manufacturer declines any responsibility in case of iatrogenic damages occurred due to the use of non-compliant prosthesis support materials or to works performed by non-certified dental technicians.

The ZX-27 bio-glass abutment system is protected by registered international patent and has the ISO 9002 quality certificate and obviously the CE Mark.
